Marketing Account Executive
We’re looking for a rockstar Marketing Account Executive to join the Ameba team. The ideal candidate should be an ambitious, skilled and highly organized individual who is well-versed in current marketing trends and is passionate about all things marketing.
Primary responsibilities:
- Assisting Account Services with creating, developing and managing campaigns and deliverables
- Facilitating the scheduling, trafficking, coordination and execution of multiple projects while meeting all deadlines
- Cultivating strong, positive client relationships
- Working closely with design, digital and public relations teams
- Creating and managing production schedules
- Coordinating and negotiating with vendors
- Proofreading and editing
- Coordinating trade show attendance, promotional events and photo and video shoots
Must be:
- Extremely organized and detail oriented with outstanding time-management skills
- Strong and effective communicator with excellent written and oral skills
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with traditional and digital marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- 2+ years of agency account services experience
- Degree in marketing or communications preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Docs
- The drive to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, creative, challenging and fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills
